EXTERIOR WALK AROUND (Single Family homes only)

- Check all windows, doors and sliders are locked, secure and check for tampering and weather damage                 - Check mailbox for mail and tampering

- Remove all solicitations, newspapers, flyers, phonebooks and debris

- Sweep front entry

- Check faucets and hoses for leaks  

- Check irrigation system and timer setting

- Visual inspection condition of lawn, landscaping 

- Check for signs of pests, rodents and mold

- Check and replace any burnt out security light bulbs

- Visual inspection of AC unit, pool, spa area water level service 

- Inspect screen enclosure patio for damage and tampering

- Visual check of roof & gutters for damage & obstructions (from ground level)   

- Check main water valve is off before leaving

INTERIOR

- Check all windows and doors are locked & signs of tampering

- Check sinks, drains, tubs and showers for leaks mold or mildew unusual sounds or smells

- Check for pest infestation

- Flush toilets, run faucets check for leaks 

- Run Dishwasher and Washer on short cycle, check for leaks (once a month).

- Run disposal check for leaks.

- Check Refrigerator & freezer temperature seatings. 

- Check air conditioning temperature set at clients requested degree and change filter (supplied by client).               - Check Humidifier and humidity at clients requested setting

- Check ceiling for evidence of leaks, mold or mildew

- Check smoke detectors replace batteries when necessary

- Check Security lights timers and replace bulbs

- Check Water Softener salt level

- Check closets and cabinets for mold or mildew 

- Check garage door opener is unplugged or locked

- Check garage any accessible storage areas for leaks mold or mildew 

- Send report and photos on sight via email (or clients form of communication request)
